Smidley is the side project from Foxing vocalist Conor Murphy. In comparison to his usual sound in Foxing, Smidley has created groovy, trippy and folk influenced tunes with some aggressive vocals making an appearance.

Conor Murphy's dog's name was Smidley. He was a black lab mutt and he loved him more than anyone he'd ever met. Now he's dead and this band is called Smidley
